Our online application form provides step by step guidance on the details required to open a business account. As part of the account opening process, you will be required to submit the following documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum & Articles of Association OR Deed of Partnership OR Trust Deed
- Board Resolution (see our template here)
- Identity document (and proof of address if the ID document does not contain one) for all UBO's-Partner, Beneficiaries, Settlors, Trustees, Directors and Signatories (as applicable)
Other documents which may be requested include:
- Ownership Chart with Percentages (if the ownership contains more than two layers of shareholding)
- Audited financials or equivalent
- Bank statements (if applicable)
