With Moneybase Business, user roles and permissions are customizable based on your needs and will apply across the standard wallets on the account. Besides permissions related to payment functions, you are also able to designate permissions for accessing the portfolio, creating investment orders, and executing foreign currency conversions.
Business Account Role Types:
- Account owner (the primary point of contact for the account)
- Administrator (can administer users and set permissions)
- Regular user
Account Permissions:
- View Beneficiaries - can view payment beneficiaries
- Manage Beneficiaries - can administer beneficiaries
- View Investment Portfolio - can view investments
- Create Investment Orders - can instruct buy and sell trade orders
- Can create Foreign Currency conversions - can initiate currency conversion
User permissions are typically configured during the account opening process; however, any changes to permissions can also be made at any point in the future by completing and submitting a change of user form.
The submission of a new change of user form will automatically update all existing permissions, so it is crucial to include all current users and the necessary permissions.
At Moneybase we follow stringent protocols to uphold best-in-class compliance procedures, ensuring complete security for your finances and data.
