My Document has been rejected
In order to pass the verification process, your identity document must fulfil the following requirements:
- it must be a supported identity document type,
- not be handwritten,
- not be expired, damaged, or unreadable
- the personal information on the document must match the information in your Moneybase account
If your verification has failed, please try again and double-check that the images taken are clear and legible without blur or glare, with all four corners showing.
Please note that you must be 16 years to operate a Moneybase account. If you are not 16 yet we will still proceed with the application and activate your payment account when you come of age.
