At Moneybase we process incoming bank transfers multiple times a day. If your transfer has been received you will immediately receive an email notification from us and we will display the transaction in your Recent Activity screen on the app.


Unfortunately, we are not able to trace incoming transfers until they reach us. It is the originating bank's responsibility to ensure that the transfer has been initiated and sent correctly to allow us to receive it. 


Any requests about a non-received transfer should be directed to the sender's bank directly who would be able to check the status of the transfer through theirs systems and the systems of their correspondents.


If they are still unable to find the transfer, kindly ensure sufficient time has passed, and contact our Support team who will do their best to guide you.
