We understand that personal circumstances may change with time. Therefore we may need to contact you from time to time to request updated documentation or seek clarification to comply with our regulatory requirements.
Should you need to change your address, you can do this easily through our Mobile App. Once logged in, simply navigate to the "More" tab at the bottom right of the app, then select "personal details" to make the necessary changes to your address.
Our app will also request you to upload a new proof of address document following your update.
